Sales Role - Industrial Burners - Compressors (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for industrial products, including equipment, systems, and services.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
2. Technical Sales Support:
- Provide technical expertise to customers, including product demonstrations, trials, and training.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotes.
3. Product Knowledge and Application:
- Stay up-to-date with product developments, features, and benefits.
- Understand customer applications and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and input on new product designs.
4. Quotations, Proposals, and Orders:
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and orders to customers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
5. Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
6. Certifications/Licenses:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PE, LEED AP) are a plus.
7. Education:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) or related field. Or Science field
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Experience with industrial automation, controls, or process systems.
3. Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools).
