Sales Role - Industrial Automation (5-7 yrs)
We are looking for a strong technical sales experience into F&B, FMCG, Pharma, in Karnataka & Delhi region of PLC, Servo, HMI, Vision, Sensors
Max fixed CTC: 10.00-11.00 LPA.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Generation:
- Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets in the assigned region
- Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually
- Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update on quarterly basis
- Develop new customers in the assigned region by using solution sales approach through customer visits/calls
- Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers
- Increase in-house business shares in existing customers
- Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars for key customers.
- To Identify potential customers in the Segment of F&B, Pharma, medical & Logistics
- To foster the sales revenues by offering one-stop solutions to OEM & direct customers (end users) in the Food and Commodities segment across the assigned territory
- Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and managing the execution plan against each of these plans
- Responsible for generating business from upcountry Regions such as Hubli, Dharwad, Hospete, Mysore
Partner management/Stakeholder management:
- CP (Channel Partner)/System integrators/SOP (Solution partners)/Distributors management in consultation with the Channel Management Department (CMD)
- Direct customer/CP Credit term and credit limit control for the region in consultation with the CMD
- Develop & maintain good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners
Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain and analyze region and industry-specific data as per business needs.
- Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.
- eCRM hygiene and logging data into GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same.
Job Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon
Job Requirements:
- B.E OR Equivalent Diploma
- MBA (in any stream) is preferred
- 5-7 Years of Experience in the field of Industrial Automation
- PLC, Servo, HMI, Vision, Safety, Sensors, Components Basic Knowledge.
- Robotics Knowledge(Added Advantage)
- Experience in dealing sales with OEM and End User.
- Experience in dealing with Channel Partners, Direct Customers, System Integrators.
