Sales Role - HVAC (1-4 yrs)
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Responds to any inquiries from the customer
Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
Ensure secure terms and conditions with customers
Ensure to communicate with customer /factory/design and ensure the right services are provided
Payment collection against the sales
Brick walling of customers
Marketing activities with client/Consultant and contractors
Responsible to achieve the targets in all aspects set by the Manager/company to be adhered
Make presentations and present the same
