Sales Role - Housing Finance/LAP/Home Loan/Mortgages (3-15 yrs)
Sales - DST Vertical Mumbai/ Pune/ Delhi
- Responsible for handling housing sales (DST)
- Achieving business target through Sales Team in open market and Develop new business
- Achieves and establishes sales and budget goals and marketing strategies for the service/product sold
- Recruitment of BSMs & managing team productivity
- Maintaining WIRRs & cross sell penetration.
- Team Training & Motivation
- Conducting DST marketing activities.
- Coordinating with various departments like credit, operations and RCU.
- Manages a Team of Mortgage professionals for the assigned market segment and geographic region
- Conducts diligence to ensure quality of the customer before acquisition
- Recruits and train new mortgage staff.
- Identifies and meets up with customer requirements
- Generate new loan originations and cross sell auxiliary loan products and other products and services
- Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement to client
- Inter department relationship to improve the service to the customer better co-ordination to ensure better end result to customers.
- Meeting the branch sales targets in the defined market and business segments
- Taking ownership for entire sales life cycle - from Leads to Closure.
- Monitoring business intelligence and competitor marketing activities in the vicinity of the branch
