About this job :

Responsibilities :


- Actively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales for home loan products.


- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.


- Provide information about the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of home loan products to potential customers.


- Explain the loan application process and guide customers through documentation requirements.


- Present and explain home loan offerings to customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.


- Negotiate terms and conditions of the home loan to meet both the company's and the customer's requirements.


- Close sales deals and ensure the necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.


- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.


- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to home loan sales.


Qualification & Skills :


- Candidates should have Bike and License(Mandate) Candidate should be Graduate.


- Post Graduates Fresher's are welcomed Walk in tracker should be shared a day prior and not on Same Day.


- Interesting Incentive Schemes and Payout Inform candidates to carry all Documents along while attending.
