Job Summary
Our growing Home Interiors division is seeking a self - motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our company. They will work closely with the Sales, Marketing & Strategy teams to develop and execute business plans. This is a revenue generating (P&L) role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the home interiors industry - including developers & channel partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategic business plan.
- Give periodic inputs to management incorporating industry trends & best practices.
- Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
- Track business development activities and maintain a record of results.
- Manage and achieve revenue targets from the given market
Requirements:
Location: Mumbai
Ctc 10 - 14 lacs
- MBA in Marketing or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in business development or sales within the real estate or home interiors industry
- Experience in business development with a Interior Designing company
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in business development or sales within the real estate or home interiors industry
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals. Must have achieved/ exceeded business targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate and home interiors industry and micro market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel as needed.
