Responsibilities :
- Should have experience in sales of Screw Air Compressors, Reciprocating Air Compressors, Oil free Air Compressors etc.
- To ensure monthly sales of compressors & allied accessories as per the target
- To ensure timely follow up of enquiries for generating sales.
- Responsible for developing new customers for sales business.
- Develop comprehensive list of target big business houses/customers and execute sales strategies.
- To participate in Review with necessary data & Action Plan
- Having sound technical knowledge of air compressor packages.
- To collect all the receivables and maintain a debt free AR.
- Take care of business development, order execution and price negotiations.
- To ensure timely up dation of CRM.
- Analyzing data thru CRM to identify scope of improvement.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, calls and emails.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Representing company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
- Making accurate, rapid, cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Feeding future buying trends back to the Management.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Identify potential area for service launch.
- Result oriented and long-term approach.
What are we looking for ?
- Good technical knowledge in Oil Lubricated Compressors, Portable Compressors, Oil Free Compressors, Air Compressors, Screw Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors
- 1-2 years of experience in a sale of Compressors/ heavy machinery-oriented leadership role.
- Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and planning.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Experience in Compressor manufacturing/ sales company will be preferred.
