- We are looking for sales at various levels starting from 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience responsible for interacting with customers, converting them as potential leads and doing price negotiation, interactions between different teams and managing prospects interactions and once it is converted as customers sharing the proper data with the internal team for the implementation process.

Mandatory Skills :
- Excellent Negotiation Skill and deal closure.
- Fluency in sales conversations.
- Must have prior success in a carrying a company targets.
- IT Software Sales experience (preferable hospital management software background).
- Understanding on Saas/ Cloud software products.
- Relationship with the CEO, COO, CIO, Marketing, Sales and IT person in Middle Level Hospital, Chain of Clinics and Hospital is extra benefit.
- Contact in Derma Clinic, Physio Clinic, Dental Clinic, Ayurveda, is extra benefit.
- Candidate work in Instahealth, MocDoc, DocPluse, HealthPlix, Softclinic, eclinic work, Palash, Athena, Shristi Soft, IMS Health, Practice fusion or any healthcare software product company is preferred or some healthcare experience is prefered.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Willing to Travel on demand same city or different city.
Responsibility :
- Develop and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Prospect, Demo, and Close new customers, flexible schedule (International customers).
- Pursue all qualified prospects via cold calling and emailing.
- Close prospects over phone, email, and in-person.
- Schedule and Conduct product demos.
- Very good Negotiation skills.
- Communicate effectively and with proper cadence to prospects over the phone and via email;
- Utilize CRM to manage all aspects of business: sales leads, daily activity, report generation, including providing timely.
- Very good adherence to sales processes
Other Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; concentration in Communications, Business Management or Business Administration preferred
- 2 years experience selling into Healthcare & IT
- Work location is Bangalore and in person office
- 1 to 7 years of total experience
- Experience building relationships within multiple stakeholders of an organization
- Being a - deal architect- helping to create a path for prospects to become customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone skills
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills
- Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
