The Job :
- Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join the team
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting over 100 outbound sales calls daily to potential customers, providing information about our health and wellness products.
- Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and a consultative approach.
- Identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and upselling additional items to enhance their experience.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and differentiate them in the market.
- Continuously improving sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
- You have previous experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment. Experience with upselling and retention strategies is highly desirable.
- You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- You have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect with customers effectively.
- You have the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently to achieve sales targets.
- You have detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You have proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- You have passion for health and wellness is a plus, as it will contribute to your ability to connect with customers and promote our products effectively.
