Sales Role - Health Agency Channel - General Insurance (1-12 yrs)

We are having an urgent opening for Health Agency Channel in General Insurance Company.
Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad
CTC- As per fitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Health Agency Channel Development
- Sourcing Agents as per the agreed Mix and Policy.
- Coordinating with Distribution Operations for Pre-Licensing Training and Licensing.
- Coordinating with Distribution Operations for internal and external document requirements - Enrollment forms, III forms, Fees, Photographs, PAN cards etc.
- Conduct Induction training and coordinate with Sales Training team for product and ongoing trainings.
- Maintaining the agreed mix of New and Existing agents.
- Develop the Way to the Market for various segments and develop agents on the same.
2. Health Agency Channel Management
- Monitoring agent performance on the common variables of segment Way to the Market - Renewal/Fresh Database, Funnel and Closures.
- Maintaining a high Active percentage.
- Controlling Attrition and Dormancy Rate
- Ensuring high productivity
3. Channel Servicing
- Managing and Controlling the Manual CN process as per the rules laid down
- Collection and control of receivables
- Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all departments for the same.
4. Profitability
- To execute underwriting policies and provide feedback for improvement of the same.
- Management of Loss Ratios
5. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of IRDA and other authorities.
- Ensure Compliance with Internal Norms
6. Hygiene
- AGF Cheque Bounce Recovery, QC, E-motor pendency, Dormancy for Cover note books.
SKILLS :
1. SME or Health Agency Sales in Insurance Sector
2. Auto/Personal/Housing/SME Credit in banking/NBFC Sector
QUALIFICATION :
Graduate / MBA is preferable
