Sales Role - Government Division - Telcom/SaaS Domain (8-12 yrs)
Job description :
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Portfolio to manage and generate business from PSU/government clients of northern region.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers- individual needs
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Requirements and skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven work experience as a Sales account executive or Sales account manager
- Hands on experience in PSU/Government sales and an ability to do liaising with clients
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
