Sales Role - Geyser (5-18 yrs)

- NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & PLANNING: New product planning & development in consultation with RM / NSM, Production & BH. Provide Support in making technical catalog, formulating schemes as per market trend and defines features of the product. Ceas out old product range / plan product life cycle & its liquidation & update product range as per requirement. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.

- COMMERCIAL & INSTITUTIONAL SALES SUPPORT: Provide support to sales employees for their product query, schemes and technical help. Conduct Branch wise Sales Analysis of Products/ Brands and take corrective actions to improve the sales of under performing areas and products.

- MARKET AND COMPETITION ANALYSIS: To analyse the competitive position of Geyser segment w.r.t. brand, product, pricing, technology, services or locations. Gathering continuous intelligence on competitors- sales promotional activities, prices and new products launched from time to time. Bench marking of top 5 market competitors- brands on an ongoing basis. Gathering continuous intelligence on the product's performance, customer and dealer attitudes and new problems and opportunities.

- CLAIM SETTLEMENT: Will be responsible for claim settlement & verification.

- PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES: Initiate various sales promotion activities to drive the sales of new and slow moving products through Dealers, Retailers, Architects, consultants, Contractors, and Builders in coordination with Sales Team.

- COORDINATION: To be the central point of contact for Sales employees queries from technical help or scheme clarity .Will be responsible to collect the status of product development from the market and assigned dealers & distributors.

- PRODUCT TRAINING: Provide product training to the Lighting sales team and orientation specialist. Provide training inputs to Learning & Development Team from sales & marketing perspective & ensure proper dissemination of information down the line in coordination with Zonal Product Trainers.
