Looking for candidates having experience in Health Insurance.
Position title: Business Development Executive/Sr. Business Development Executive
Function: Health Agency
Objectives:
To Develop & Maintain the overall business in the Territory
Responsibility / KPIs :
1. Channel Management
- Responsible for driving business from mapped channels
- Training & development of channel officials to facilitate & drive business within the region.
- Monitoring & motivating the channel team, to attain business targets.
- Time bound commitment & accomplishment of business targets, as assigned by the manager.
- Ensuring high productivity
- Monitoring channel -Renewal/Fresh Database, Funnel and Closures.
2. Channel Servicing
- Prompt Delivery on communication, Quotes, Policies, Claim Servicing etc. to the Bank
- Ensuring all process are followed to the core
- Managing and Controlling the Manual CN process as per the rules laid down
- Collection and control of receivables
- Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all departments for the same.
4. Profitability
- To execute underwriting policies and provide feedback for improvement of the same.
- Management of Loss Ratios
5. Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements of IRDA and other authorities.
- Ensure Compliance with Internal Norms

- Should have hands on experience in servicing of various channels.
- Should have strong knowledge & business relations in the region
- Should be a go getter & Self Motivator
- Should have strong Marketing & Negotiation skills
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills & a team player
