Sales Role - General/Health Insurance - West Zone (1-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Educate agents on insurance industry regulations, ethics, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure agents understand and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines in their sales practices, policy issuance, and client interactions.
- Train them enable them to procure insurance policy for market
- Train them to ensure pre and post sales support.
- Incorporate compliance training into the overall training program.
- Training agents regarding insurance policies and products.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple training programs and priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and industry regulations.
- Graduate candidate from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design abilities.
- Relevant experience of minimum 2 years in the banking or insurance industry.
- Candidate aging between 21-30 years are preferred.
