Job description

Experience: 2yrs+ (FTL Sales)

- Primary role to drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the Warehousing and logistics industry.


- You will be responsible for promoting the company's Full Truck Load (FTL) services and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Warehousing and logistics sector. Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and tailor FTL solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive and competitive quotations based on client FTL needs. Develop detailed proposals outlining the company's FTL services, pricing structures, and value propositions.

- Negotiation and Contract Management : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favourable agreements. Manage and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

- Collaboration with Operations Team: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of FTL services. Communicate client requirements and expectations to the operations team for effective service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in any stream - preferable qualification of business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in FTL sales, preferably in the Warehousing or logistics industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with Warehousing and logistics concepts.

- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
