- Identify the market potential and representative customers for initial approach with refractory solution
- Work closely with application team for making the trial successful and Convert customer to regular business from successful trials
- Broad basing the success in other customers in identified cluster
- Manage price increase and help company to reach its financial goal
- Receivable management and timely collection
- Work with market manager for regional growth plan
- Dealer sale management
Functional
- Prior experience of working and handling in Ceramic / Refractory / Metallurgy related products
- Ability to understand products and services offered by the organization
- Basic knowledge of Metallurgy/Ceramic &Refractories and its industrial application
- Knowledge of the region, territories, and Languages
- Relationship with different stakeholders in customer organization
- Understanding and awareness of commercial acumen; Price & Receivable management
Experience-Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Refractories, Steel or Ceramics Industry
Qualification-BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Ceramics/Material Science/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Compensation: 6 - 9 lac fixed/negotiable + variables
- Location : Noida/Delhi NCR
- Preferred Education : BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy, Materials and Ceramic Engineering
- Required Experience : Sales and Marketing experience of 2-8 years.
