Sales Role - Forex (4-10 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES MANAGER- FLY FINANCE (FOREX)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team/Associate
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements and skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, with 4 to 5 years of related experience in the financial industry or fintech sectors preferred
- Should have demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market, student consultants, exchange companies etc.
- Should have consistently performed in a sales environment either in an AD2 or sales profile.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint experience would be an asset
- Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of forex, outward remittance and the markets is desirable
- Should be analytically strong & willingness to work in a tech environment.
