Sales Role - FMCG (3-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and retail stores.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Product Knowledge :
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Roast's product offerings, including coffee, desserts, breads, gelatos, and chocolates.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of our products to drive sales.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations :
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to order fulfilment.
Reporting and Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, client needs, and competitive activities.
Collaboration and Teamwork :
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and central kitchen to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
