Role & Responsibilities :

- Team Development : Recruit, train, and motivate 10 new sales team members, ensuring they stay engaged and perform consistently.

- Sales Generation : Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Retention & Motivation : Continuously motivate and develop the team to ensure long-term retention and consistent sales output, using tools and performance tracking systems.

Ideal Candidate :

- Experience : 6-10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the industrial or B2B service sector, with a track record of building and managing a successful sales team.

- Skills : Strong expertise in team leadership, sales strategy, CRM usage, performance tracking, and motivating teams to meet ambitious sales goals.

- Focus : Ability to train and develop new team members while driving consistent sales growth through hands-on leadership and accountability mechanisms.
