Sales Role - Executive Search Firm (1-3 yrs)
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
- Responsible for client engagement and key account management.
- Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new business
- Preparation and execution of the business plan and developing strategies Accountable for prioritizing accounts with multiple requirements.
- Accountable for client identification, client development, & interaction for promoting business and providing manpower services to all categories in junior/middle/senior levels.
- Meeting clients and understanding their business and objectives.
- Responsible for timely updation of analytics and communication to reporting managers and management.
