Sales Role - EPC Module (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced EPC Module Sales Executive to join our team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales for solar EPC including solar modules and related products. This role requires a strong understanding of the solar industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for EPC projects and solar modules.
2. Identify and approach potential clients, to increase solar sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
5. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the solar industry.
6. Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
9. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales within the solar industry, specifically in EPC and module sales.
3. Strong understanding of solar EPC processes, products, and market dynamics.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
