Sales Role - Electronics Product (1-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Generate significant sales revenue by promoting Bath fittings & consumer lightning products and converting leads into sales.
- Become a product knowledge powerhouse, thoroughly understanding and articulating the features and benefits of all product verticals (bathware, lighting, etc.).
- Enhance counter sales at dealer showrooms by employing effective sales techniques and exceeding sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers, guide them through the decision-making process, and convert their interest into confirmed sales.
- Train dealer staff on products and equip them with the knowledge and sales skills to effectively promote our offerings.
- Manage and create visually appealing product displays that showcase the brand 39s quality and innovation.
Qualification
- Requirement and Personality Traits :
- Experience of 2-3 years, exposure to Sales ,preferably in the Building material,Furniture, consumer durable/Electronics an or related industries.
- Graduation degree preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing personality, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Concept selling and need creation skills.
- Ability to work with a team and to carry out assignments to completion within the expected timeline.
