Sales Role - EduTech (1-10 yrs)
This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International clients.
The candidate would be required to drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations & daily reporting.
Responsibilities :
Individual Contributor Role :
- Meet Target of Cold & Active calls
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Managing pre-sales and post-sales support activities and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
- Coordination with internal teams to drive maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- 1+ years of relevant experience in sales
- Strong communication skills
- A knack for sales and positioning an idea
- Prior experience in an Ed-tech organisation is a plus
- Comfortable working on weekends. ( Weekly Off will be given on a weekday)
- Knowledge of CRM software like LeadSquared is a plus
