Sales Role - Educational Technology Vertical - IT (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the IT industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand client requirements, conduct needs assessments, and propose customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Training Consultants, HR Consultants, and Delivery Managers, to ensure seamless delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Generate reports and analytics to measure sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of sales processes and strategies.
Job Specifications :
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Charismatic individual capable of fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Openness to travel as needed.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling the effective articulation of complex ideas and solutions.
