About the Role :
We are looking for Financial Advisors to evaluate, and authorise loan applications for our students. You will act as a liaison between students & loan servicers ensuring that the qualified applicants will acquire loans on time. You should be driven, self-motivated and highly passionate about working in the Ed-tech space while impacting careers via helping students in funding their education through our various loan partners.. You- ll work closely with top school graduates, ex-McKinsey, Hotstar, Disney, Deloitte, EY, Byju, Paytm employees to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. Location : Noida
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require a loan
- Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
- Place outbound calls, send letters, and emails to contact delinquent borrowers and advise them of their repayment responsibility and options
- Receive phone calls from students,answering their questions regarding their loan queries and repayment options
- Analysing the financial status of a borrower.
- Monitor and analyse the steady pipeline to review performance & optimise accordingly to ensure that the objectives are being met
- Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
- Create lead engagement plans and strategy
- Research the details pertaining to each offering and add onto it on a timely basis
- Ensure efficient and effective lead utilisation with consistent follow-ups, low
- Turn-Around-Time and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
- Build cross-discipline relationships in the organisation, partnering closely with the growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insight
What will you do What will you need - Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics or management
- 0-2 years of experience ideally in the field of business development / sales
- Candidates should have a keen interest in education loan and other financial products along with acumen for sales
- The responsibility can vary from pitching loan products to working on loan operations in different geographies and primarily driving business.
- Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues
- An inherent ability to position, market and sell an idea or product will be a crucial skill set
