Sales Role - Education (1-6 yrs)
1. Product Knowledge : You need to have a deep understanding of the automation products and systems offered by your company. This includes robotics, control systems, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, HMI (Human Machine Interface) software, and other related technologies.
2. Customer Engagement : You'll interact with potential clients, understanding their automation needs, and providing suitable solutions. This involves conducting presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits of your products in meeting their specific requirements.
3. Solution Design : Based on the customer's needs, you'll collaborate with engineers and other technical experts to design customized automation solutions. This may involve creating system layouts, writing proposals, estimating costs, and determining project timelines.
4. Sales Support : Throughout the sales process, you'll provide technical support to the sales team. This includes answering customer queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that the proposed automation solutions align with the customer's goals and objectives.
