Job Summary
As an Admission Counselor at Cyboard School, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our school. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales within the education sector. You will be responsible for assisting in attracting and enrolling new students, contributing to meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in reaching out to prospective parents to provide information about our school's
programs and offerings.
2. Support in effectively communicating the value proposition of Cyboard School to prospective students and families.
3. Collaborate with the team to contribute to achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into Admissions.
4. Assist in maintaining a database of leads, follow up with inquiries, and track progress towards sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
1. Learn and contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective
parents.
2. Assist in addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic
manner.
3. Provide support in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.
Market Research :
1. Stay updated on educational trends, competitors, and industry developments.
2. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and admissions teams to enhance the school's offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Eagerness to learn and develop strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a commitment to contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
