The Job
Key responsibilities areas :
- Reach out to prospective students to build awareness of the University's course offerings and requirements through phone calls, email, and other communication platforms
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing course offerings and other services
- Anticipate the needs of the prospective students, address them accordingly and make recommendations as appropriate
- Follow up on prospective students, if necessary
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- One (1) year in a call center setting, preferred but not required
- Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
- Computer skills: Intermediate level of MS Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
