Role & Responsibilities :
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor 10 new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell C1 and C2 tile adhesive products.
- Dealer & Distributor Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers -and distributors, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell the products to tile contractors.
- Contractor Acquisition : Drive the team to onboard new tile contractors, converting them into long-term clients and maximizing sales through effective product positioning and support.
- Sales Generation : Implement sales strategies to achieve targets, focusing on market penetration and growth within the tile adhesive sector.
- Retention & Motivation : Continuously motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring high retention rates and consistent performance. Use performance tracking systems to monitor results and provide feedback.
Ideal Candidate :
- Experience : 6-10 years of proven sales leadership experience specifically in the tile adhesive industry, with a strong track record of managing successful sales teams and driving sales growth through dealers and distributors.
- Skills : Expertise in team leadership, sales strategy development, dealer/distributor management, CRM utilization, and motivating teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Focus : Ability to train and coach new hires while fostering a culture of performance and accountability, ensuring consistent sales growth and market expansion.
