Sales Role - Digital Banking - Internet Payment Gateway (2-2 yrs)
- Working in payment gateway services of Bank of Baroda for on-boarding new merchants.
- Reconciliation & Dispute management operations for Bank of Baroda- Internet Payment Gateway Ops.
- Sharing commercial i.e. MDR charges for onboarding different categories of merchants like retail merchants, education institutional merchants, and government categories merchants etc).
- Liaise with the Bank officials for document collection for new merchant/aggregator on-boarding
- Preparing approval note for merchants onboarding.
- Completing the daily settlement.
- Responding customer complaints, merchant MIS and disputes.
- Co-ordination with branches/aggregators, preparing claims, daily reconciliation of transactions and charges checking.
- Resolution of queries and escalations received from field functionaries (Branches/regions/Zones)
- Scrutiny of documents received from Zones/Region with respect to onboarding of new merchants.
- Backend processing for merchant integration.
- Immediate communication to Zones and Regions for discrepancies observed in documents submitted by them for rectification.
- Providing IPG/Pay point demo to merchant/customer.
