Role :
- Achieve targeted sales in given geographical territory/ allocated customer.
- Customer relations for increased Share of Business
- New Customer Development - essential for Growth objective of the company
- New product sales in existing and new customer
- Opportunity identification
- Preparing Proposals
- Conducting trials
- Techno - Commercial discussion/negotiation
Qualification : Diploma/ITI in (mechanical/production) with 0-4 Years of relevant work experience
Relevant Work Experience :
- Industrial Consumable Sales - Cutting Tools
- Cutting Tools sales desirable
- User of Metal Cutting Tools in Production environment as CNC/VMC Operator, Supervisor/CAM
- Programmer
- Tool Room Executive for making and setting of Cutting tools.
- Application knowledge is necessary.
- Proven history of strong networking skills
- Capability in managing existing clients while expanding the customer base for growth
- User of Metal Cutting Tools in Production environment as CNC/VMC Operator, Supervisor/CAM
- Cutting Tools sales is predominantly "Technical" Consultative Selling Process, so person with
good knowledge of cutting tool selection/usage and willing to work in Sales may also apply.
- In such candidate, past sales experience is not necessary.
