Sales Role - Cryptocurrency Solutions (0-6 yrs)

Sales and Lead Generation :
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Client Education :
- Explain and demonstrate the value of cryptocurrency products/services to clients, including wallets, trading platforms, payment solutions, etc.
- Keep clients informed about the latest market trends and product offerings in the crypto space.
Consultative Selling :
- Assess client needs and recommend cryptocurrency solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and emerging trends in the industry.
Negotiation and Closing Sales :
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline and customer interactions, in CRM systems.
Customer Support :
- Provide post-sale support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Help clients with onboarding, transactions, and troubleshooting cryptocurrency platforms.
Reporting :
- Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and quotas.
Qualifications :
Education :
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional certifications in crypto-related topics (such as blockchain or cryptocurrency) are a plus.
Experience :
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or crypto industry.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services is an advantage.
Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
