- A Managed Office Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling managed office solutions to businesses and organizations. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their workspace needs, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The goal is to establish long-term partnerships with clients seeking flexible, well-managed office spaces.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

Client Consultation :

- Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential clients to understand their workspace requirements, including office size, location, amenities, and lease terms.

- Provide information about the benefits of managed office solutions.

Solution Presentation :

- Customize and present managed office solutions that align with the client's needs and preferences.

- Address client questions and objections effectively.

Proposal Development :

- Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract terms.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the feasibility and availability of office spaces.

Negotiation and Closing :

- Engage in negotiation discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

- Close deals and secure signed contracts.

Account Management :
