Sales Role - Corporate Gifting (1-4 yrs)
Gift Selection and Customization:
- Research and select a range of suitable gifts for various corporate occasions, client profiles, and company events.
-Customize gifts with company branding, ensuring they align with the company's image, values, and technological focus.
- Stay updated on trends in corporate gifting and HR technology to provide fresh and relevant options.
Vendor Management :
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with gift suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Maintain a database of reliable vendors and regularly review their performance.
Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the corporate gifting budget.
- Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on spending and cost-effectiveness.
- Seek ways to optimize the budget while maintaining gift quality and client satisfaction.
Order Processing and Fulfillment :
- Coordinate the ordering, customization, and delivery of gifts.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of gifts to clients, employees, and partners.
- Handle any issues related to order fulfillment, including returns, exchanges, and replacements.
Client and Employee Engagement :
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to understand client needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement strategies for gifting that enhance client relationships, employee morale, and brand loyalty.
- Organize gifting campaigns for product launches, holidays, milestones, and special events.
Data Management and Reporting :
- Maintain detailed records of gifting activities, including recipient information, delivery dates, and feedback.
- Analyze gifting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of the gifting program.
Compliance and Ethical Standards:
- Ensure all gifting practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Adhere to ethical standards in all dealings with vendors, clients, and employees.
