Sales Role - Construction/Infra Project (3-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research, and social media to introduce company products and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the Business Development Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive inbound leads.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
Requirements :
- 3-4 years of B2B Lead Generation in the Construction Industry.
- Generate leads through various platforms like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoom info, Fundoo data, etc.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Process quality leads further for demos.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
