Sales Role - Community Banking (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- going door-to-door to promote banking services and goods to the target audience.
- Researching the needs of the client and recommending the best financial products.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Salespeople are in charge of obtaining leads from other business divisions and then completing the required actions to convert these leads into actualized sales.
- Staying up to date with new offerings in the banking sector as well as services.
- Sending the team leader daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and updates on the activity related to sales.
- Working together with other corporate departments to ensure that the client onboarding process runs well and on schedule.
Competencies and Background :
- A bachelor's degree (recommended but not required) in business, finance, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- One to three years of field sales experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or similar industries.
- Good interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- The capacity for independent work and efficient time management.
- Familiarity with financial goods and services (credit cards, loans, savings, etc.).
- Goal-oriented, having a primary emphasis on hitting sales goals.
- Must be prepared to work in a field setting and make local travels.
A valid driver's license and proficiency in the local language or languages may be prerequisites.
