1. Managing all the marketing and sales related activity of the company;
2. Preparing and completing action plans;
3. Achieving marketing and sales objectives
a. By contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic
b. plans and reviews;
c. By collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
d. By planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans.
e. By identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share.
4. Handling customer enquiries with effective responses.
5. Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
6. Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
7. Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
8. Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
9. Prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
10. Resolving any sales/dispatch related issues with customers.
11. Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
12. Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
13. Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly/monthly projections & performance reports.
