Sales Role - Cement (1-3 yrs)
Job Brief
We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
1. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
2. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
3. Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
4. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
5. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
Requirements :
Qualification : Diploma and above.
Experience : Minimal 1 year in direct sales/ Project sales in construction/ Building material industry.
Candidates should have a valid two wheeler license and should own a bike.
Age : 22-35 years.
