Job Description :
- To source customers for High Value Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
- Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process.
- Area Mapping in the catchment and maintaining of Daily activity/Sales report.
- Preparing Wish list of customers through cold calling and promotion activities.
- Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms (Field verification Mandatory).
- Engaging the customer with multiple products at the time of account Opening( viz: Mobile banking/Net banking registration /RD- FD activation).
- Ensuring account activation & 3 month funding for incentive gating.
- Generating Leads for family accounts and other cross sell products.
- Resolving customer queries/issues.
