Skills and Experience

- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in sales and recruitment environments.

- Excellent skills in statistical analysis and strong ability to evaluate/measure effectiveness of activity

- Excellent computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

- Excellent presentation skills

- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- A positive attitude to dealing with people

- Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual

Qualifications :

- Fluency in English.

- Graduation in any field

- Proven track record in a Sales Environment of at least 2+ years.

- Previous experience in outbound calling (international) (Desirable)

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

- Speed and accuracy to meet targets

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Strong communication displaying soft skills

- Microsoft Office
