Sales Role - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize strategies for lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
