- Attend customer's calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service.
- Sale company products to customers over phone, email etc
Responsibilities Of Candidates Include :
- Inform Customers About Company's Products/Services And Offers
- Manage Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
- Identify Customer's Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible
- Ability To Be On Phone For A Long Time And Familiar Using Dialer Systems
