Sales Role - BFSI (3-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Product Presentation : Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to clients in a clear and compelling manner. Address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Sales Process : Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to policy issuance. Prepare and submit applications, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing support and service as needed.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position and sell insurance products.
- Compliance : Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Performance Tracking : Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Track and report on sales activities and results.
