Sales Role - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and drive the expansion of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. By building strong relationships, your aim will be to facilitate business growth and enhance our firm's reputation in the market.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
- Help businesses, individuals, and families select an insurance policy that best fits their needs
- Expand customer base.
- Assist clients during the claims process.
- An Sales Officer must generate leads. Hence, he needs to indulge in data collection for better connecting with clients and prospects.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the insurance industry and new products in the market.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- strong knowledge of industry standards
