Sales Role - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
The CASA Sales Officer will focus on increasing the bank's retail customer base through the acquisition of new Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) holders. The role involves field sales, managing client relationships, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of Current and Savings Accounts by targeting potential customers through field visits, promotions, and direct marketing.
- Conduct regular fieldwork to onboard new clients, ensuring proper KYC documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for CASA products, focusing on volume and quality of accounts opened.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with branch operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and address any service-related issues.
- Provide financial advice to customers on various banking products and cross-sell relevant services such as fixed deposits, loans, and digital banking options.
Qualifications :
- Minimum graduate degree (any discipline).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (banking/financial services industry is a plus). Freshers - with high energy and enthusiasm for sales are also welcome.
- Must be a local resident with knowledge of the local market.
- Owning a two-wheeler is essential.
- Age : 21-27 years.
