Sales Role - BFS (2-6 yrs)
- Tekpillar is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Representative . You will represent the business in public and possess the commitment necessary to develop and implement a successful sales plan. The objective is to increase sales and build solid client connections in order to generate sustainable financial growth.
Responsibilities :
- Establish business meetings with potential customers.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company's products/services by addressing or anticipating the goals of the target audience.
- Create sales contracts while ensuring compliance with legal rules and regulations.
- Develop entry-level employees into effective salespeople by maintaining records of sales, revenue, invoicing, etc., while also providing dependable feedback and post-sale support.
Requirements :
- Graduation from any stream
- Proven job experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or other related position
- English proficiency
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish rapport
- Two years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience in customer care is a plus
- Time management and planning abilities
