Sales Role - BFS (1-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.
- Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face-to-face or digitally.
- Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by management
- Ensuring compliance & control, following the process, and providing high customer service to dealers.
- Creating agency distribution for the company.
- Work along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resources across territories in the State.
