Sales Role - Bench/Recruitment/IT Staffing Services (7-15 yrs)
Looking for Resource Manager/Bench Sales, Hyderabad location with 7+ years of experience.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Searching Requirements from US Job boards (Dice, Tech fetch, Monster, indeed) and Prime Vendors, Messengers
- Marketing our Bench Consultants for different skill sets (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC, and US CITIZEN) and placing them.
- Interaction with Clients and Vendors and getting job requirements from them.
- Communicating with the consultants on daily Basis and update about submission and interviews.
- Submission of the eligible resumes to the Clients/ Vendors
- Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and tier one vendors or end client.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the consultants and the clients
- Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate
- Negotiating the rate with clients/ vendors
- Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client.
- Giving closures to the organization with a good rate and placing the consultant mostly in long term projects.
- Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
- Well Versed with US Tax terms and Visas.
- Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales
- Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English
Soft skills :
- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, team work, and passion towards recruitment.
- We prefer someone with passive sourcing
- We prefer those with Project Transfer skills.
Required Skills :
- 6+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales and H1 Transfer in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work in night shift
