Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the beauty advisor channel-Grooming, Training, Promotion Planning, Sales order fulfillment through Sales Team
- Manage a team of beauty advisors to ensure top-notch customer service
- Drive retail sales and maximize business opportunities
- Provide training and guidance on skincare products and beauty treatments
