This is a Field sales Job Candidate will be mostly on field and will source profiles from the open market.
Job Description
- To acquire CASA Salary accounts and cross sell multiple banking products.
- Key Accountability : Acquire new clients from the open market and build a fresh relationship for the Bank
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings from the open market)
- Quality sourcing of Salary accounts from corporates
- Cross selling of other products of Federal Bank, like gold loan, deposits etc.
- Conduct low cost micro level marketing activities in the command area of the Branch for lead generation.
- Generating Fee Income leads for the Bank against set targets.
- Giving any other business leads to the Bank officers.
- Assist the branch officials for smooth onboarding of these NTB clients.
- Support branch in ensuring maximum subscription to our Digital platforms by clients.
